Minimum 1 day (24 hours). Every hour in excess is calculate at 1/5 renting of the daily rate. |

Traffic fines |

All traffic fines and expenses incurred during the rental period, are at the renters responsibility. |

Gasoline |
|
|
Paid by the customer. Unleaded is to be used only.

Taxes |
|
|
Local tax - VAT 13% is additional on all rates. |

Delivery - Collection |
|
|
Free in all the island, hotel, ports and airport. Night deliveries or collections (21:00 - 8:00) 20,00 Euro. |

Availability |
|
|
Car and Moto models are according to original planning. Delivery problems, however, may compel us to supply another vehicle in exceptional cases.

The rental cars obtain full collision 300 - 650 Euro by purchasing Collision Damage Waiver at:

20,00 Euro per day for groups K,L,M

|

Provided that collision of fire damages are not due to the violation of any of the provisions of the Greek Driving Code.

Rental rates included the following coverages: |

a. for death or damage to third parties up to 490.000 Euro
b. material damages to third parties (excluded the της JIMMYS CAR & MOTO RENTAL) up to 100.000 Euro. |
|
|
|
|
|
Regardless of whether the renter has confirmed acceptance of the CDW, the renter is liable for any mechanical damage or for the replacement of tires, wheels and underneath the car. |
